The Bridge Run

This picture was taken in April 2005 just after we all crossed the finished line of the 10k Cooper River Bridge Run in Charleston, SC. Jeni ran the whole thing :) and Cassi was convinced she won (although there were 30,000 + people ahead of her). lol

This was taken in Feb/Mar of this year, and shows a wonerful afternoon - which I did not witness but appreciate. Mom cares for all the grandkids, as you can see frm thsi sample. I liked the picture.

Stairway to heaven hike

this is at around 3 in the morning when we hit the 1st platform out of 4. Its about 4000 steps to the top..it took about 2 hours to get up. we were only on around step 1000. To top it off it was really foggy and we were so high we were in the clouds so the stairs and the bars we had to hang onto we dripping with water, very slippery. If you fall at all you fall of the cliff...i had many near death experiences.
